We regret to inform you that the 2023 edition of QWEBEC Expo, originally scheduled for August 1–5, has been cancelled. This decision was made following careful consideration of several external factors, including ongoing post-COVID-19 travel complications, logistics disruptions, and new customs procedures that have significantly impacted international coordination this year.
We understand the anticipation and enthusiasm surrounding this event, and it is with genuine disappointment that we announce this decision. Please know that it was not taken lightly. Our goal has always been to ensure a high-quality, valuable experience for all participants, and current conditions prevent us from achieving those standards.
All badge and sponsorship fees have been fully refunded, and every transaction has been successfully processed. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
Although the official conference will not take place this year, members of our community will gather informally for a networking golf day in Montréal on Thursday of that week. If you are local or within driving distance, you are more than welcome to join. While nothing official is scheduled, it will still be an excellent opportunity for casual networking and business discussions.
